We are live in the USA!
We have opened up our artist-powered ticketing service for all US-based customers on February 15, 2011. Official launch took place at the New Music Seminar in Los Angeles. All promoters, artists, festivals and venues in the US can start using GigsWiz’s direct-to-fan ticketing service for efficient ticket sales, promotion and online & social media marketing.

Great service and concept, especially the Facebook integration. Do you plan to sell and ship hard tickets, too, instead of “just” pdf tickets?

We’ve had a some events with paper tickets but for now choose to promote the future usage and standardization of paperless tickets. Whenever we have clients who want to provide their event customers with the option to purchase paper tickets we will provide that option case-by-case.
